Terms of Registration

• First orders require a $200 minimum purchase; there are no individual product minimums.
• Repeat orders require a $100 minimum purchase; there are no individual product minimums.
• Orders may be paid for online with a credit card. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX.
• Shipping fees quoted through online checkout are estimates only. Actual costs may vary.
• Backordered items are charged at the time of order and will be shipped upon availability.

Product Returns

• Claims for shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.
• Contact customer service for authorization PRIOR to returning items to receive full credit.
• All sales are final with the exception of a product that is found to be defective.
• If you receive a defective product, we will replace it and ship it to you at our expense.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

• An important part of a high-quality specialty brand, like Baby Laundry and More, is maintaining consistent price points that reflect our products' true value. Therefore, we have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy that is designed to 1) prevent the erosion of our products' perceived value, and 2 maintain sufficient profit margins for our resellers.
• Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
  The MAP for ALL products is wholesale price x 2.
  * Shipping costs may not be added to reach MAP.
  * MAP does not apply to any of our discounted items. 
• Sales below MAP
  Resellers my run 2 sales per year for a maximum of 7 days each for no more than 20% discounting. However, "SALE" must be clearly stated and original MAP prices must still be visible. Other sales will be considered, but MUST be approved by Baby Laundry and More.
  * Due to the shared marketing format of eBay and Amazon, sales will not be allowed
  
  In addition to supporting 2 sales per year, Baby Laundry and More may periodically send out special MAP reduction promotions, allowing all resellers to participate.

eBay Sales Policy

• Due to an agreement as part of the sale of an eBay store, formerly run by company owners, prior to Baby Laundry and More® becoming a wholesale-only distribution company, we do not allow our products to be listed by any other retail customers using the eBay auction format, including "Buy It Now". However, we do allow all other forms of online marketing, including the use of online stores and other online auction services.
